This man's testimony reminds us to stand in support of our young men. Many of them have been left behind, abandoned, misunderstood. Let us speak a word into their lives. Let's mentor, encourage, uplift and help transform their lives in tangible ways. They are our future. That's how we'll turn things around.

Not all of them have the capacity to accept and appreciate also making life better for the other partner some.. these things happen so often but most of these men want to grab and gooooo

So this is probably one of the shortest interviews you've done Yendi, but it is by far one of the most profound stories. We must never judge each other, because we are interconnected. We need each other to survive in this life. Well done Courtney! Inspiring story Yendi! Blessings..

This interview was so emotional for me on so many levels. My dad (God rest his soul) became a Fire Captain with limited education but he was well respected by his peers. Limited education because he quit school to help his grandmother raise his younger siblings when his mother left the 3 kids behind to get married.

What an incredible hair-raising story! I'm watching Courtney talk about being shot 3 times. Being illiterate at 13-14 yet teaching others at 15-17. Finding the wrong company outside because he was troubled at home...

YENDI, you are just gifted to find these wonderful people who are willing to share and inspire others to strive for a life of excellence. However, todays interviewee had me spell bound. Why, as rarely one find men who bare their soul, from a cleansed place, to encourage someone else who might be experiencing similar situations on their journey. Yendi I like his heart. He has transcended his feelings for others well-being to a practical place where he can share what he has, meet them where they are and bring them to a place to show them that, SOMEONE loves and cares for them. Wife take a bow, I salute you for saving your husband and making him feel awesomely special. Keep on keeping on Yendi .Yu fill up mi art every time.
