I love his design. Him being revealed as a Muscleman was beautifully done.
I have to confess that I instinctively hate Senku's signature mannerisms. I can't really place the exact 'shade' of his supposed coolness/swag/whatever or what it's supposed to signify, but for me it ruins the definition of the character.
But I'm saying all that only to stress that the wistful and borderline dreamy tone with which he describes Kaseki as the eternal craftsman redeems him completely in my eyes.
Very cool. I struggle to really conceptualize what exactly about anime's image composition tickles my brain this well, but I just never vibed with the Western animation tradition this well across a variety of styles.
