The skill duration stays the same Horn Overload type skill:only 1 charge is enough, you dont have to wait for it to charge the 2nd time for the "overload state"(the sp bar turns red) which gives you stronger and additional effects but with some penalties(Horn loses her HP)."Overload state" will activate after the 1st skill bar(orange bar) runs out, you can turn off the "overload state" at anytime. Idk if the skill duration x2 for the "overload state" or stays the same
i think the duration remains the same, not x2, because if you time the skill activation, it's around 7-8 seconds for the first bar until it changes into overload, so 15 sec duration seems normal
AoE, can't target drones, high DP cost. Can't stun, can't debuff, can't 1v1. She's good for blue box defense and supporting bottleneck operators, but in terms of high risk cc or Hellmode stages, she's not first pick, that's for sure.

IRL grenadiers were originally select *assault* troops - hand grenades are still _de rigueur_ for infantry close combat - ie. pretty much the conceptual polar opposite, even with the caveats that come from the game's format. This Defender type is more analogous to a well-fortified artillery position; painful to attack but will gleefully murder you from distance anyway if you leave it alone.
This is like aoe casters being obsolete. This unit makes aoe snipers look like a joke 💀. I'm sure they still are good it's just the insane power creep here is nuts.

As used Horn and Fiammetta (E2 50) for a while, I found the attack range of Horn actually limits her performance. One healer is hard to cover her and the frontline at the same time, and talent 2 is hard to trigger (imagining the op deployment sequence). You have to build your squad around her, instead, aoe sniper is like a toolkit. One sentence to conclude: Horn deletes(like chen alter) enemies at range 3-4 with high costs, and Fiammetta hurts enemies in range and deletes them at range 3 with low costs(just drop skalter besides her)
The HP decrease specifically is increasing lost HP up to 12% over 12 seconds, like Surtr. So she won't die from 1 cast since the overdrive is only 12 seconds.
