    I’m not into the Chinese employer pero sana mayron din mga employee na kung bibigyan ng mga safety gear hindi gi avanti at kung saan saan lang ilagay. Hindi nga charge nila yun. Dapat sana kung magrequest sila for another safety gear dapat iPakita nila yung nakaraan na safety gear kung andyan pa at hindi ito nawawala kasi kung kapag nawawala o ninakaw charge yun sa employee.

    Kailangan talaga ang payslip lalo na kapag nagloloan, kapag nag oopen NG Bank account, kapag nangungupahan NG bahay, sa payslip din nakikita kung legal at naka register sila Dahil dun makikita ang employer # at worker #. At sa payslip makikita lahat NG computation mula gross pay to net pay. Kulang na nga sa pasahod, pati payslip titipirin pa rin.

    No pay slip
    No bonus
    Not in min.wage
    No payslip
    Pati late kinakaltas
    Triping moods pa c amo
    Pati lunch time 10mins lang..
    Kung may raffy tulfo in action na nung 2012 malamng ngreklamo n rin ako at sure hnd lng 200k ang mkukuha for 15yrs of working at naipon ko pa ung papel na prang payslip for my evidence...kya lng andto n ko sa abroad as ofw kaya move on nlng ako..

    alam ko na kung bakit my mga nagdidisalike. ganito pala gusto niyo sir ung paramihan na nagcocomplain sainyo para asikasuhin nyo. porket mag isa akong pumunta jan baliwala ako refferal lng binigay niyo eh sabi saken wala nman daw kwenta ung refferal nyo. complainant nman ako at same lng kame ng complain. kaya nga lumapit ako dahil bilib ako sa bilis ng action nyo. Pero sayang ung dalawang araw na pagod kong pumunta jan dahil akala ko matutulungan nyo ako sa bilis ng action nyo. pero namimili pala kau ng marami. pablik service nga kayo pero di pala lahat ng lumalapit sa inyo natutulungan nyo.sorry di ko kase mailabas pagkadismaya ko. kung natulungan nyo lang ako di na sana ako nagkakaproblema sa operation ng tatay ko..lumapit nlang ako sa dole..dole kung ilang bwan ako maghihintay ng result kung mananalo ba ako o matalo sa kaso na finile ko. sana lng sa dios gayabayan ako at manalo. Dahil bigo ako sa unang lapit ko sainyo sana sa paglapit ko sa dole palarin ako at tulungan ng panginuon.

    Kahit stay in yung mga employees if yung ganyang arrangement is for benefit of the employer, yung gastos jan dapat hindi pwd ideduct sa mga empleyado..ang binawas jan dapat irefund

    I notice that all those who are complaining and those mostly from small companies dont have benefits. Benefits should start at the first day of work not until someone has the guts to report you first before giving the benefits.
