I thought it was cutting the foam ear in half, then putting the top bit in the ear fur sock. Like how you would have a normal ear, but having the cut in the middle so it flops down. Anyway, with the magnet in there you can add magnetic pieces or just use it to hold your keys

Mostly dutchies. As the fandom’s species spectrum is mostly made of canines with roughly 60-70% of the fandom being dogs of some variety. I also don’t get much choice in what I made unless it’s a premade as these are commissions from paying customers. I also made a raptor a few videos ago? :p

Question, how much does it typically cost for you to make a fursuit? Like not the cost of commissioning a suit, but how much it costs you to get materials and put the suit together and such. Suit making seems so fascinating, I'd love to try it one day!
I know Im late but it depends on the type of suit you're making and many other variables. But from my fair guess Im going to say anywhere from $300-$700, maybe even $1,000 depending on what specific materials you want to use. Hope this helped one year later lol

Take this with a grain of salt as I have never attempted a floppy ear but if you take some foamies becouse there flexible and rest the top ear shape and hot glue it in it might give it a floppy effect but keep it looking like a real ear rather then a peace of fabric.
It would look exactly the same as you’d still need to fur it, so you’d have a piece of fabric with a bit of foam inside it, and it would reduce the flop on the ear as well

Why use magnets instead washers (disk metal piece)? They are very cheap and easy to found.

you can cut a circle out (the size of your face) and put it on a balaclava, then carve the rest of the base from there! hope that helps :)
