For example Enter a match Kill many players You will see medals on top of your screen You get more medals the more enemies you kill Double Kill, Triple Kill, Fury Kill, Frenzy Kill These are medals

MP medals like headshot, double kill, triple kill, first blood, etc. Just play MP and you'll earn some medals.
