I created my wallet via the Chrome Extension. Then later downloaded the mobile app and linked my existing wallet there. But on the mobile app all my assets are showing 0.00. Any reasons anyone can think for this happening?
I think there is no normal synchronization, you should contact the support team, I had similar issue, followed the procedure they showed me, think I still have it, have you rectified it?
