My wife and I had a half day lesson with Anthony the end of October, we are regular NSCA and club shooters in our home state of Florida, so we are not newbies, we usually shoot in the middle of the pack in the NSCA shoots and occasionally win our class. Last week we shot in our local club shoot at Sarasota Skeet, Trap and Clays or SGC. This is a fun shoot so there is no NSCA points or punches awarded, just bragging rights and a free entry for the next shoot if you win your gauge class. Long story short, my wife must have really paid attention during Anthony's lesson because she won ladies high overall and 12g high overall ! 91/100 ! !
Great interview! I actually took a lesson from Anthony about a year ago and it really changed my approach. He is head and shoulders above other coaches I have tried.
Wow, just found this. Excellent format and interview. Anthony is a thinking mans shooter who came up with a great set of folks influencing his path. SO much to learn from some of his takes on the well thought out questions. Thank you for putting the time in to create this content. Very well done.
Russel, this was a top interview, Anthony very interesting clear at explaining. Listen to him on TH-cam explaining long crossers, where his perception on how to lead or not was very well delivered. Great bloke, keep it up!
Matarese is a solid guy and very good at communicating principles to help shooters.
