When I saw the sign up telling this MEP shall be portrayed in red color, I was honestly a little bit sceptic of that choice since it makes me think of a halloween MAP instead of something romantic. But you guys managed to pull this off perfectly into a lovely athmospheric creation♡ Wonderful job with so much talent included!!

I like Shoto The Legend's Rita x Perdita, Kovu x Simba and Dixie x Kiara, Rockyrogue's Vixie and Kodi, amaracibo's Kiara x Kovu, Akillux's Charlie x Dodger, moongchi's Spirit x Bambi, Plxre's Zira & Tod, Winter Wishes (winterwishez)'s Nala & Spirit and Vixey x Pongo, binniewabbit's Shenzi x Kiara, izamun's Lady x Duchess, xCazannax's Aleu & Perdita and randomthings123's Tod x Copper parts! :D
I can't speak for the artists obviously, but I assume part of the appeal is the challenge of being able to edit together two characters from completely different movies and do so convincingly enough to tell a story. It's less about the ships themselves and more about showing off their editing skills
@@saml815 In terms of reasons why people do this sort of thing, the challenge of creating a crossover or other fabricated scene is definitely on the list. Some other reasons for picking characters include... - They look nice together - Those characters have particularly useful footage of them available - The characters could have an interesting story told about them (this overlaps with the "useful footage" reason, as the interesting story could be based entirely on what can be done with available imagery and have nothing to do with how the characters are depicted in their movies) - The editor just happens to like these characters - They give off a particular subjective "vibe" - The editor went out of their way to do something unusual for the sake of it (using less popular characters, for instance)

The editing is very well done, but I personally find the shipping choices very strange. Not saying that they're bad, just strange.
