What is the maximum amount of cards in can hold?

Leather has ability to stretch, you can load 8 cards, it would be tight but over few weeks it will stretch. And after you can add more if you need.

I’m new to leather working - are you heat stamping already dyed, treated leather? Or untreated dyed veg tan? Your stamps look great.

Leather is dyed in tannery. I dont dye leather by my self.

Hey i am new to leather craft and i found this hack i use vaseline mixed with some glue on edges and its works thought to share it with you. You could use this as a video idea ig.
