It'll be interesting how far this game spreads after initial release. I figure import pricing is going to be ridiculous so using a forwarding system is probably the best bet. Too much effort for me, I'll just pick up the CMON version.
I'm kind of glad CMON will be handling the He-Man game in my part of the world. Whatever problems they have, I haven't been disappointed in components or (eventual) delivery with any game I've got from them. And I expect a lot better value than this campaign has for a crowdfunder.
I liked He Man when I was younger and have also watched some if it with my kids. The lack of US availability means I will wait to look into it if I see a way to get it in the US sometime in the future. I am curious about the CMON version, but it is totally different from what I understand.
Game seems interesting and it’s unique and I’m sure fun. The issue for me is I never played master of universe games and haven’t watched any of the movie/ cartoon content so I can’t relate with the game
Well the pledge manager has opened up for this now. I backed with the intention of using a freight forwarding service to get it from Germany to Canada, but the Pledge Manager won’t even allow a billing address (which must match your credit card billing info) outside of their allowed shipping zone, even if the game is being shipped to a country within their allowed zone. And looking into shipping estimates right now, that are nearly twice the cost of the pledge itself (or more) to forward the game to me. Hard to justify that amount.
As much as the CMON version has me interested. I'll never back their games again based on the zero communication they have been giving on massive darkness 2
