    Hi is there a tile in S4hana to convert an existing notification to a work order like the IW22 in gui

    • @sap_dude
      @sap_dude  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi, u do it via Fiori App called ‘Find (or manage) maintenance notifications’. You can select multiple notifications, club them and convert into a new or exiting WO. Cheers

    Hey
    Thank you for a brilliant video
    But, is there a connection between Fiori timestamp and work orders? Like to avoid this manual input of time spent

    • @sap_dude

      Thanks a lot!
      The current version does not support it, what it does is changing the status of operations, but the timestamp is not fetched. Cheers, Dan

    Nice video, one more thing, how assign person responsible? what's data need to create and how to create it.(such HR data?) thanks!

    • @sap_dude
      @sap_dude  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey there, thanks a lot!
      You can do it directly in the order, or via Fiori App ‘Find maintenance orders’ or if u have RSH u can also do it there.
      Basically u use PA30/PA10, Google something called ‘Mini HR’, this is what u need at least.
      Then u gotta sync the HR data with BUPA (Business Partner), there is basically a program which u just need to run once u create a Personal Number (PA30/PA10).
      Hope it helped!
      Cheers,
      Dan

    Can you add a Component/Material to the Work Order without having to create an Operation?

    • @sap_dude
      @sap_dude  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Nope, u always need at least one operation.

    What about oil? You had not added cost or added the material creation of WO ?

    • @sap_dude
      @sap_dude  8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Hey! Good point, you watched really carefully and I see u know whats going on with SAP EAM 👌
      The thing with such ‚components’ like oil, fuel, basically stuff which we ‚cannot count precisely’ or we dont have time for it in a productive environment - we skip during regular consumption. But everything depends. I could have entered that I used 5 liters of oil, ofc first of all this materiał has to be maintained in the system. Since oil is not my strategic component, I didn’t do it.
      Let me know what you think 👍
      Cheers,
      Dan

    hi SAP dude, thanks for putting out such useful content! Do you know how to go back and edit a work permit that's already been "printed"?
    What Im wondering is- is there any way to print it out again, editing some of the content in the permit?

    • @sap_dude
      @sap_dude  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, thanks man!
      Unfortunately I don’t have an answer for this one, I worked with permits mainly in Asset Manager, not in a classical SAP.
      I hope you can find the answer at SAP community, cheers bro 👊
