Thank you for the video and content..it was my first ever road race and I got a killer stitch 1 mile out from the finish but I did it in 37:36 so I’m happy out🤗
Il be doing the Dungarvan 10 nile myself the same day so il be trying to get some footage of that..... Sorry Paul, would love to be able to get to all the good races.....
Great coverage Sean, very well done . Very good to meet you today and I wish you every success with building the channel, I'm spreading the word whenever I get a chance. Great event as always, even with the issue of the course measurement. Got a big PB over the 5 miles so delighted.
Hey Lydon great to meet you today👍👍 glad you enjoyed the coverage..... thanks so much for the support..... hopefully see you down in Dunboyne in March🤞🤞 and we'll done on the PB, we won't mention the distance 🙈🙈
To shed some insider info, the contractor who laid out the cones in the Avenue thought it was the same turn around point as the national walkers which was held last month. They went out 250m too far so thats where the added 500m came from. Funnily enough when I was jogging over I thought it was too far out but since it had been so long since I had seen the course I thought nothing of it.
It's a real shame this happened 😚😚 no one sets out to make a mistake on purpose..... Fortunately other than this hiccup the day was a huge success for all in the running community..... It's great to have big events like this back👍👍
Thanks for doing these videos Sean and Saoirse! 🙏👍
Thanks for sharing, great when you spot yourself!
Your welcome, hope you had a good run👍👍
