    The top surface created using 2 curves is an absolutely NO NO. Turn the mesh view on and look at how the surface is created. You will have a singularity (single point surface condition). All surfaces should be created with a min of 4 curves. When printed or manufactured, this surface will look awful. Also good luck trying solidifying and shelling with these types of features.
