I live in the PNW and love going to watch the Penguins.i watched then last year in Seattle after returning from my overseas deployment with the Navy. Sadly due to finances i wont watch them play the Kraken this year. One of these days i will make it to Pittsburgh again to watch the Penguins live in Pittsburgh.
Here's an interesting excerpt from the article: "I want to win every time I step onto the ice. And regardless of the words you want to use, whether it’s rebuild, retool, even if you want to use another word to describe it, or use the phrase going young(...) I want to win obviously every single night. Whether that’s being part of a young team and being in that state or coming off our Stanley Cup win in 2016 and wanting to do it again the next year, my mentality doesn’t change." I know you guys want to be open-minded to the different narratives, but to me this quote makes it pretty clear. Crosby isn't going anywhere regardless of the trajectory of the team. Hopefully he can go out on a high note but he seems locked in no matter what
Even though its still not done, ive never worried that crosby wouldnt sign an extension. He is this era's pittsburgh penguins and why would he push soo hard to help get malkin and letang resigned and then turn around and leave. Its a shame tanner howe got injured. Was looking forward to seeing him play. Is the challenge going to be televised or streamed and if soo where?
Big media talking heads should be embarrassed. He said in the article that the only thing holding him up is thinking about how long he wants to continue playing. Not to brag but that's exactly what I said on the last Crosby episode... Why do we have better intuition than them? Who gave them their jobs?
Hey hey guys.....don't go after my Canadian news. Lol. The whole "Crosby hasn't signed" yes rumors, and there were American too....come on, hockey IS Canada. So, for our son not to have signed, lingering rumor about Montréal (his favorite team growing up) and the thought Sid plays for a 🇨🇦 city, I hope you can see how the 🇨🇦 media took it and ran. As for monies, and we all have our opinions, I think it'll be 3 year extention and 9.87 mill, 10.87 mill, and 11.87 mill. AAV is 10.87 mill. Just my thoughts. Guys, hockey this camp feels different, and I mean there is going to be competition from goalies, defenceman, bottom 6, even top 2 lines......something we haven't had in awhile. It's going to be very interesting ❤
Could Crosby take minimum pay and ask the organisation to make $10 million a year charity contributions per year that he is there? Or would this go against financial fair play over there? Sounds like the kind of thing he may be on board with.

He’s never wanted to go anywhere either based on everything he has said during his career. He came in with 71 & 58 and he’ll go out with them
I'm all-in for the Hunter flow era.

I believe it’s going to be streamed via their website
@@LockedOnPenguins thank you
Pettersson is one of the most underrated d-men in the league.
Look at that new hair

The Canadian media has been super weird about this entire thing. It’s actually one of the main reasons I’m excited for when he signs the deal

Lol, we had to poke fun just a little bit because of some of the takes! No harm though once this gets done!
As a fellow born n raised Canadian I love him staying in Pittsburgh where he belongs
@@LockedOnPenguins all goof Hunter and/or Patrick, the point he's still a Penguin IS Crosby. Much like a Kobe or Jeter, it just wouldn't be right.
*good
SIDNEY CROSBY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.................................is close.
Hockey is close.
The regular season is close.
Hunter nice hair.
10.87 X 3
That would also make too much sense
