Soul Mark sigil is so hyped that Devs decided to decrease its chance of getting it from Cat's roaming week gacha (to 0.1%). It's not even a red sigil but they made its chance similar to getting MVP cards now. Smfh

He's undoubtedly using fireblend weapon build, it will give you fire elemental attack bonus (75% + 21%), very effective against earth type monster
