Gosh...you are beyond awesomeness...and you always get me smiling...now how many people can make you smile while teaching something so intense😃 Thank you so much Dr Cobb
Wow, absolutely fascinating information!!! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I experience neck and jaw tension when I play the cello and have always wondered how to not tense up in that area. I wonder if keeping the tongue in the "spot" would help relieve that tension. I will follow your recommendations and will let you know how I am getting on.
immediately after doing the doing the exercise, my tongue does started resting on the roof of my mouth, it feels wierd at the moment but ill try adapting to it if it does improve my health. Thx for information Dr. Cobb.
If I weren't turned on to Z-Health by Dan John (in a blog, not lucky enough to know him personally) I'd swear it was new age voodoo BS. But the man has been right about so many counter intuitive things I guess I'll have to give Z-Heatlh a try. Best(read cheapest) place for a skeptical newb to start?

Is the top of the tongue (like where our tastebuds are and all that) supposed to be on the roof of the mouth, or the bottom of our tongue? (When I do it, it is the bottom/ back of my tongue)
