Experiencing "life in slo-mo" drove myself to the hospital only to hear a nurse tell a doctor I'd had an acute silent MI. When asked WHEN this took place all she could tell me was "months ago." My EF (ejection fraction) was 21% I stumbled across the healing of Hertz music on my cell and looked up cardiac Hz for healing, fell sleep every night by listening to it and on my first annual exam, an MD was astonished my EF was now normal at 41% He asked me if I'd been doing anything else (besides taking my meds) so told him. When giggling (at his expression) teased him and said "C'mon, doc! Medicine uses lasers to do surgery. Lasers are LIGHT at a specific frequency ~ so is MUSIC! His face was indescribable so all I could do is giggle again. Ive had this meditation on for about 15 minutes when I decided to look for I don't even remember what or when but I find an open envelope in my cabinet; an old pay stub from 2015 for $192 and for some reason 2 twenty dollar bills were still in this envelope ALL THIS time. I’m tired physically and emotionally. Had a baby 8 weeks ago at 45 and my hormones are so sensitive. I’m overwhelmed with what I should be doing and wasting time on things I can’t control. I should be sleeping while baby is out, just wanted to share that even though I feel overwhelmed in this moment, I know that is the cry the universe tends to, to help me feel loved and safe without needing it externally. Sending you healing energy, I can also relate with the effects of hormones having a mind of its own after child birth. Just know it will get better just try to get as much rest as possible because being tired makes it worst. If you need to cry let it out and know it’s temporary it will get better. What always got me through was just looking at the beautiful baby god blessed me with 😀.
Make time for yourself no matter what it is so very important, I'm 46 and starting meditating a couple months ago and changed my mindset completely I am beginning to feel like a new person, a better person, try listening with the baby, maybe while feeding or just holding and rocking the baby. To respond to their needs, since they need us at this vulnerable stage of their lives. I remember my baby would cry and I would automatically start lactating. Funny when in public. Wow, listened for about 3 minutes, and noticed my breathing pattern had changed....... slower, deeper and feeling mindful of each breath. I don’t understand, but have an objective observation to my response to this sound. I’m an RN and just stumbled onto this site on my you tube feed. there is a trick to this healing music - if you are using headphones, place the headphones on the part of your body that needs healing. while you may not be able to hear the music, your body does. also check the chart for the correct hz level to use. GhostEzra sent me. be blessed.
That’s what I do with Sapien Medicine’s videos & Quadible Integrity-I use a JBL round speaker when I am at home and I put it right on my body. I use a JBL Clip 4 while I’m driving (I drive 56 miles to work) so I don’t look like an idiot to the cars passing me as I put a speaker up against my throat (thyroid) or somewhere else. It’s somewhat flat & oval & perfect for this sort of thing! (Amazon).
I listen to this every night, even waking up so it doesn’t shuffle to the next song in my queue. After two days I bought good noise cancelling headphones in order to optimize the effects. One week later, I am waking up with an inner calm that lasts all day. I have more energy and my COPD seems to be better managed. I have already shared this life altering video with friends and family. I hope everyone going through these tough times finds this video and gives themselves the healing bliss that it gave me. @@katstewart5267 there is a technique to it. You’ll find various videos with instructions for it. You basically have to set your intentions before hand. Have that purpose in your mind. When you meditate, and start getting a degree of “body paralysis”, where your consciousness becomes detached to your physical body and only in control of your light body. You’ll then get to the point where you’re hearing loud noises, like pots crashing or a plane taking off. You’re now ready to leave your physical body. Imagine either rolling out of bed, or a rope hanging down that you use to pull yourself up. You’ll be in your light body now, and whatever you think of will manifest instantly. Think of a place, and you’ll be there instantly. This takes time and practice. Some people it takes months or years, but if you truly want it, you will have it in it’s perfect timing. Quick thing I found out this last week. All the Golden frequencies add up to 9 like this one 4+3+2=9. Just food for thought. if you're listening to something and it feels a bit off add up the digits of the htz.
This makes sense because 3 years ago I was listening to a similar video, and I started feeling light headed. My body or my spirit was rejecting it. For a couple nights after that, that same light headed feeling lingered and I just didn't feel right. Never listened to another one until tonight. This is much more calming.
So I had ur music playing on my phone whilst taking my makeup off in bathroom and hubby says, I like the music ur listening too. Then whilst still listening to it I put my kids to sleep and my six year old says , What’s that relaxing music ur listening to?... guess the whole fam is a fan!

I loss my Mom on January 2nd 2020. It was not expected. There are six of us, her children, and we all spoke with her the day before, which was on New Years day. She called each of us to wish us a happy new year and passed the next evening.

Experiencing "life in slo-mo" drove myself to the hospital only to hear a nurse tell a doctor I'd had an acute silent MI. When asked WHEN this took place all she could tell me was "months ago." My EF (ejection fraction) was 21% I stumbled across the healing of Hertz music on my cell and looked up cardiac Hz for healing, fell sleep every night by listening to it and on my first annual exam, an MD was astonished my EF was now normal at 41% He asked me if I'd been doing anything else (besides taking my meds) so told him. When giggling (at his expression) teased him and said "C'mon, doc! Medicine uses lasers to do surgery. Lasers are LIGHT at a specific frequency ~ so is MUSIC! His face was indescribable so all I could do is giggle again. I’m tired physically and emotionally. Had a baby 8 weeks ago at 45 and my hormones are so sensitive. I’m overwhelmed with what I should be doing and wasting time on things I can’t control. I should be sleeping while baby is out, just wanted to share that even though I feel overwhelmed in this moment, I know that is the cry the universe tends to, to help me feel loved and safe without needing it externally. Sending you healing energy, I can also relate with the effects of hormones having a mind of its own after child birth. Just know it will get better just try to get as much rest as possible because being tired makes it worst. If you need to cry let it out and know it’s temporary it will get better. What always got me through was just looking at the beautiful baby god blessed me with 😀.
Make time for yourself no matter what it is so very important, I'm 46 and starting meditating a couple months ago and changed my mindset completely I am beginning to feel like a new person, a better person, try listening with the baby, maybe while feeding or just holding and rocking the baby. I am not trying to copy verbatim your process per say or get too nosey; its just i see and read so many comments like yours but I like reading about the journey to successful outcomes as it gives me hope and to be quite honest...i find it very intriguing and fills me with wonder and confident expectancy.
One last thing...when u began this regiment were u already at a place where u were already at a place of being confident in self? Meaning, were u or had u previously had to work on yourself and reprogramming your subconscious mind in attempts to be rid of old negative blocks like lack and poverty mind set ? In other words, had u already been living at a high vibrational set point..living a successful well grounded individual? I am in process of having to do all that because i found that i wasnt having any success in things manifesting due to my inner talkings..i didnt like myself. way too personal maybe 4 u and lengthy for sure so i understand if u choose not to elaborate any further. Wow, listened for about 3 minutes, and noticed my breathing pattern had changed....... slower, deeper and feeling mindful of each breath. I don’t understand, but have an objective observation to my response to this sound. I’m an RN and just stumbled onto this site on my you tube feed. Not really plugged into the oooooh aaaaah kinda stuff, but this was a raw response I cannot ignore. Thank you.
Attention on our breath, focusing on depth & pace, is our way *out* of the confines of the intellect & ego, allowing us to experience our subconscious, our inner Self, our infinite Self, our Soul.

That’s what I do with Sapien Medicine’s videos & Quadible Integrity-I use a JBL round speaker when I am at home and I put it right on my body. I use a JBL Clip 4 while I’m driving (I drive 56 miles to work) so I don’t look like an idiot to the cars passing me as I put a speaker up against my throat (thyroid) or somewhere else. It’s somewhat flat & oval & perfect for this sort of thing! (Amazon).

One week later, I am waking up with an inner calm that lasts all day. I have more energy and my COPD seems to be better managed.

@@katstewart5267 there is a technique to it. You’ll find various videos with instructions for it. You basically have to set your intentions before hand. Have that purpose in your mind. When you meditate, and start getting a degree of “body paralysis”, where your consciousness becomes detached to your physical body and only in control of your light body. You’ll then get to the point where you’re hearing loud noises, like pots crashing or a plane taking off. You’re now ready to leave your physical body. Imagine either rolling out of bed, or a rope hanging down that you use to pull yourself up. You’ll be in your light body now, and whatever you think of will manifest instantly. Think of a place, and you’ll be there instantly. This takes time and practice. Some people it takes months or years, but if you truly want it, you will have it in it’s perfect timing. Quick thing I found out this last week. All the Golden frequencies add up to 9 like this one 4+3+2=9. Just food for thought. if you're listening to something and it feels a bit off add up the digits of the htz.

This makes sense because 3 years ago I was listening to a similar video, and I started feeling light headed. My body or my spirit was rejecting it. For a couple nights after that, that same light headed feeling lingered and I just didn't feel right. Never listened to another one until tonight. This is much more calming.
