Idk if yall know but the creators only listen to the rich players that buys exotic and rich players. I know some people that complain to the creators and they listen to the rich ones rather the community. So they buffed the necromancer.

They actually lowered its sniper resistance in 2.2.6 and now gave it a timer so it's more like a nerf
Lets just put timer on only fun thing in this update, and add MORE P2W SKIN.(aka. hell fire ithaca skin)
