Totally agree with the hands Justin, all what is missing on them now are age spots!!!In this video the hair on the figure looks so much better than the Hot Toys promo photos, the hair looks far less of a bouffant and far less poofy making the head sculpt really pop, i think it looks great. Thank you for sharing.
I don’t know what people are complaining about. That head sculpt is, as you would say, Han Solo “through and through!” Just wish they would step away from pleather, and I totally agree with you on the hands. HT needs to dial them back a bit.
Wow! Han Solo looked Definitely on 🔥!!! Hot Toys truly nailed it this time, with the New Han Solo Figure. 💯% Mind Blowing likeness to the Actor, Harrison Ford. No Doubt, Hands Down, one Best Headsculpt ever. Thanks Justin and Ryan for the Amazing Video! 🤩👌👏👍👍
The first Star Wars toy I ever got was han solo and Chewbacca. The little 3.75 inch ones that were everywhere back in the 90’s and 2000’s. Han isn’t even my favorite Star Wars character, but I got to get this. I’m my opinion the og trilogy has never been outdone. They are just great films in general. I need this guy, he need a new chewie, and I need the rest of the gang. Great review Justin. Here’s hoping we get the rest (including old man ben)
Great preview! Perfect Harrison as Han fig.Ryan's pics and video makes the fig look better than the official HT pics! I like the hands on Han , lol!, they really add a lot of detail like Ford's rough carpenter 's hands, but you're right, maybe too much detail. They should add one hand with Fords trademark pointing finger
Great reaction video Justin. I really appreciate the honest impressions and recommendations for improvements. I agree totally about the hands looking old, I hope the details soften and finish doesn't end up so glossy as the proto. I have larger gripes about his hair and forehead wrinkles based on the photos released by HT, but the images from Secret Base help alleviate some of that. The head sculpt is great and I've PO'd, seriously hoping someone offers a very nice Bespin jacket to customize him with.
4:30 I think that’s their problem with pleather, they’d rather focus on making stuff that is aesthetically pleasing instead of making something that will last forever. When they make boots, belts, bodysuits, etc. they need to make it aesthetically pleasing and take into account how long that aesthetically pleasing thing will last. It pisses me off that these are high end collectibles worth upwards of $200 to $400 and for those prices they’re using shitty materials that will degrade like a cheap $10 knockoff Barbie doll. I just want to be able to pose these figures, put them in a cabinet, and not have to worry about anything.
I've been eagerly awaiting your preview of this figure to decide what to do. It does not fall into the top 3 tiers I focus on when collecting, so it has to be an amazing figure to satisfy the catch all 'must-have'' figure exception.

Awesome figure preview! It felt like forever waiting for them to do a new Han from the original trilogy, but at least it paid off. Here's hoping they make A New Hope and Bespin Han in the next like 2 year range
Justin, you are most likely the pied piper of what Hot Toys collectors are going to do with this figure... buy 2; a kit bashed Bespin and this proper Endor Han in the collection! Exciting times! Thanks for the review!
Hey Justin, I’m just getting into collecting and I might pick up this guy, but I have no idea what kind of display case to use. Do you have any suggestions for some good ones for heavier items?
it's funny that from certain angles this Han is amazing and then from others there's just little nagging details that bug. In that this is the first Han in ages, he's a must have. And who knows what will change between now and then. Those hand sculpts are unbelievable.
Hot Toys was making all those newer Star Wars characters that aren’t selling because the new series aren’t that good, so Disney is allowing them to make/sell Han again.
yo justin i found out zd toys sell just the whiplash mark 2 now alone. could ya do a review on that if you got time? thanks lots + love the content bro
The eyes look a bit weird to me. If you cover his eyes it looks perfect though. I dunno if it's the puppy dog eyes looking like he's about to cry or the furrowed brow. But it's definitely the eye area that's throwing it off...Super close to being perfect though. And definitely Hot Toys best crack at it. There's a cheap-ish unlicensed Bladerunner figure that has my favourite younger Harrison Ford sculpt still...but his neck was a bit long on that figure (an easy thing to fix though)
They’re making as much money as possible. They know everyone is waiting for ESB. It also seems like he’s at the end of the ROTJ 40th line. It would have been weird for ESB to release right now.
The likeness to Harrison Ford is quite good. But, to me, it looks like an older and thinner version of Harrison Ford and it doesn't look that accurate to the young Harrison Ford that performed as Han Solo.
This figure looks so dope. I know people are bitching about the hair but the hands are a nice feature. Harrison Ford was a carpenter so I’m sure he had some gnarly man hands. Also I think the base is sick. Sure a hell of a lot better than the ugly ass cheap looking rectangle.
Although this is not for me, this looks great! I rather like to get yoda(revenge of the sith) with updated headsculpt and LED lightup function OR darth maul(rebels) this year 🥲

Definitely looks better in person
And there he is… Gorgeous! 😍🥰❤️
He is!
The head sculpt looks awesome, and having two different looks is amazing! Great video!
Agreed! Thank you!

Oh nice you definitely do!
Hoping for a 40th Anniversary ROTJ Luke.
They've stopped doing the anniversary stuff now
This figure is gorgeous and the likeness to Harrison Ford is astonishing. I have to get this. Thank you Justin for the heads-up on this figure.
So good!
I just preordered this han Solo looks fantastic.

Something about their photo process didn't do him justice

Had the small Endor figure as a kid, cloth forest jacket but a wierd fat head that looked nothing like the character 😄
Classic haha
💯 % agreed! He is very good. Nice video Justin.
Really happy with him!

Do you know when the Inart the Batman is supposed to release
No idea
Hi Justin, just wondering if you knew what the difference is between the hot toys boba Fett tms078 and the tms055? Thanks love the content!
They are from 2 different shows
1:40 Bespin Han Solo? I beg to differ ‘cause a lot of us would prefer a Hoth Han Solo instead(I can put him right next to my Sideshow TaunTaun 😗)
Oh ok!
It’s not really his “bespin” look, it’s his look in the majority of empire. Up until he gets frozen in carbonite.
I think with these in person photos, that head sculpt is nearly perfect. Pre-ordered day one. Can't wait to pick it up!
Agreed, much better in person!
If they release a Bespin version, will you still get it even though you would have used the Sideshow Bespin jacket on one?
Definitely!
This is awesome! Just still a little baffled they didn't give us Bespin Han, since they teased him during the Bespin Leia promo photos.
Agreed!
It’s not really “Bespin” han, it’s his look in the majority of empire.
Hey Justin do you know if there are any TWD or Peaky Blinders type of figures? Doesn’t have to be specific to Hot Toys as long as it’s high quality
Threezero makes TWD. Big Chief made Peaky Blinders before they went out of business
Hey Justin, I’m just getting into collecting and I might pick up this guy, but I have no idea what kind of display case to use. Do you have any suggestions for some good ones for heavier items?

I saw the thumbnail and mistook this for a Columbo action figure.
Oh
"Just one more thing...."
HEY JUSTIN!! I don’t know if you heard but Soosoo toys have released a reverse flash, kid flash, and a season 4 Flash!!
Yes I need them!

When he drops!

Yo!
Trench coat Solo....dude smuggling some serious space cocaine.
Lol
45 years to wait for a sculpture that looks like him...
The same goes for Mr. Hamill.
Thanks to 3D printers ?

I’m pretty sure the hot toys the mandalorian flight suit is accurate to the show but I may be wrong but I’m watching the show and that’s what I see.
All good
The bottom is wrong but the top is accurate.
How so?
