I was checking almost every week, even though I’ve enabled notifications for your new videos haha, and finally, today I found something new! So glad you’re back-I hope you don’t feel pressured with all of us looking for you. Please take your time and do whatever makes you happy. Your work and content continue to inspire us. Cheers! :)
Yay!! Albert's back!! You were missed !!! Thank you for your new art video (and thank you for showing us the kitchen remodel too, it looks beautiful! )
The worn Cardboard, the Plastic-Bag and the Plantstems gives the Picture a really exciting Structure. And all this without expensive Texture-Pastes etc.
I though the algorithm was playing games on me. So glad you're back! You are a true gem, so incredibly inspiring. I learn so much from you, its an amazing feeling.
Good to see you and your videos again and that you're still thinking about art and do do doing. Happy New Year. I don't think ones interest ever really diminishes, but real life does seem to changes things into do do doing other things. You kitchen looked like it came out well.
Good to see you back Albert. And lovely kitchen. I know how those projects can go. We own a house built in 1827. Every project that I think will take three days ends up taking three weeks. Ha!
Some serious health issues put my painting on hold this past year, but I truly enjoy and learn much from your videos and am eager to get back to painting and creating art. Perhaps you might consider the works of American abstract expressionist Richard Pousette-Dart for a future video? He is a much less well known contemporary of Rothko and Pollack. All the best and thanks again for your inspiring videos.
Thanks, Jeff. Sorry to hear about your health issues. I looked at your suggested artist, Richard Pousette-Dart, very interesting. I will put him on my list. Albert
Just found you and subscribed. It's great learning from existing artists and recreating their work. I've done that. Enjoyable! Give Mark Bradford a try! I think abstract art expresses a combination of order and disorder. Structure and chaos. A work needs some of both. Also found objects can be helpful. Best wishes!
@@ImperfectPaintings I have some of the hairdresser end-papers that Mark uses. They practically disappear on a canvas. He singes the edges so they're still visible.
Much happiness in 2025 in the new kitchen for whoever is doing the cooking? Could that B U? Intuitive cuisine. 😂 Ann, Florida fan P.S. plz wear gloves.
Thanks, Ann. Have a wonderful 2025. We both do the cooking, all strictly by (altered/improved) recipies. No freestyle in the kitchen 😂. Sorry, I just love to work with my hands. Albert
So good to see you again!
