First time father with 2 week old, im doing the night shifts until 3am so mother can sleep. Baby has this cluster feeding thing from 11 until 2 am with reflux and colic. I havent slept for days. Im exhausted but trying my best. Shout to both mother and fathers doing this. Absolute warriors all of us. This shit is hard.

Thankyou I needed to hear this - I had an emergency c section on Saturday afternoon- found it wuite emotional and had many judging midwife’s over the last 2days asking me why I need them to help me! I had one ask why I went for an iron transfusion instead of a blood transfusion! I was so upset that she even questioned me on it
Truth!! My youngest of four is 6 weeks old. Doing the infant stage again is tough, but you are right the days are long, but the years are short. My oldest is 12 and my gosh when did that happen!???? Enjoy every moment. They are not this young forever. The first year flies.

My newborn is 16 days old. She's been very hard to soothe for about a week now. I tried making heartbeat noises a few days ago and noticed it calmed her down some, so tried again tonight and it worked a little, so I decided to look up a heartbeat video. My husband then showed me womb sounds on spotify so I looked them up on TH-cam and found this. As soon as it started my baby's eyes looked like she was at home. She immediately drifted off to sleep. The look in her eyes made me cry, like she's been homesick and this video brought her the comfort of what was home for 9 months. Thank you. 🙏

I am a 16 year old mother, its 2:03am March 25th 2024, gave birth to my son at 1:54pm February 24th 2024..and he's never gotten this fussy i tried everything i could, fed him, burped him, changed him, soothed him, gave him skin to skin, dimmed my lights, turned off my phone, gave him my full attention, gave him his pacifier, massaged him, rocked him, changed his clothing(because i thought he might've been hot) laid him in his spot and i even let him cry a little to tired himself out and nothing changed, until i laid him on my chest where my heart is and put this video on behind his head, and it shook me because i didnt think it would work but i kind you not it did..being a parent in general young or not its really difficult, mother is 40 and still struggles to get my little brother to stop crying and before i gave birth i even tried to help her so i could get a head start but no matter how good you think you are at this and now matter how many children you have its really hard, the sleepless night, waking up just to making a bottle or even change a pamper, is exhausting but im doing everything i can because i did this to myself & i love my son with everything in me and im never going to give up .

My husband introduce me to this video. He told me that the hospital had it playing over the speaker in the ( NICU - Newborn intensive care unit). when our son was there. I was in recovery from a c section. They had it playing in the background for all the babies to hear. The nurse told him; it helps the babies calm down and feel like they are in the womb again. I found it so beautiful. And so sweet. And now me and my baby are home thank you Lord Jesus Christ. My son is 9 weeks old and we play it every night. He falls asleep right away and so do we. It's so relaxing. Thank you for this video. It's been a blessing. And for all the mums and dads out there. You're doing a awesome job. Just remember your little one loves you so much. And thinks the world of you. I know when we are sleep deprived it can be hard.

This is my fave white noise sounds like a water fall I'm not kean on the other whites noises I bought devises but they sound awful and crackley but this sounds peaceful. I have a two year old baby (well a baby to me lol) who refuses to sleep in her crib in her own room at nights, so she usually sleeps with me in my room. Problem is my room is at the other end of our apartment in the city and has traffic passing by constantly and sirens blaring at all hours so she can't sleep and in turn keeps me up trying to help her fall asleep. I've tried everything from rubbing her back while rocking her to singing lullaby's, and then i found this. I play it through my Ipad with a bluetooth speaker at night, and it's made a huge difference. Thanks for this, you've made this 23 yr old dad's life as a solo parent so much easier 👏🏻😊

Its normal baby wanna sleep only in hands or close to you it has been its whole life inside of you feeling your warmth hearing your sounds and heartbeat, and suddenly its out of you, in the cold big world, a baby can not protect itself, see it as a monkey, monkeys dont put their baby down, they feel unprotected and alone, they can not see annything, my girl i currently 4weeks and most of the time she spend very close on my body, hanging with a wraping cloth or carying bag, i do the dishes i cook i clea all with babygirl close to me close to my heartbeat and she sleeps instantly when she hangs there, (: the first months you CAN NOT spoil your baby, they cry for communication, in almost every other than the western culture they say: 9months in the belly, 9months ON the belly, i love this, and i feel that it makes her feel safe, this is what you want for your baby, To all new moms and all moms in general: its a journey its doubts its patient its questioning if your doing good but most of all its so much love, to give and to recive! FOLLOW YOUR INSTINCT bcs actually u know the answer and if ur heart says this is the way, than ur doing right! You don’t need much to care for a baby, the most you need is love and patient. My life is all about her now, and im loving every second of it!

Here is a funny story of my almost one year old trying to eat the formula powder😂 So I was packing the diaper bag as usual and my man was shitting himself on the toilet (as usual)… And then I hear funny noises in the other room where my bag was waiting for me. In the moments when I didn’t look for her, she OPENED the bag herself, got the little box out where the formula was stored, opened that too and just thought to herself „yea why not try the dry version?“ Yeah so by time I got there, the formula was all over the floor, she was completely covered, but really enjoyed it you could see the satisfaction grin on her lips… I laughed tears and as my man came from his business, saw what show our daughter put on he also couldn’t help the tears. Mommas, it gets better❤️ You are doing absolutely amazing and everything you do for your babies is perfect as it is!!!

My baby is 8 days old, he’s a good boy, but gets fussy trying to stay asleep. These playlists give us a chance to rest. My wife had a very difficult labor and emergency c section, as a father and husband it’s my responsibility and honor to care for my family. For all the hardship, I wouldn’t trade these moments for the world.
Somehow accidentally played this when 4 week newborn with me who was awake and extremely anxious to sleep . Magically in a matter of 3 minutes, the baby settled first then in another 3 minutes into deep sleep . Honestly this is the best of best pacifying technique for a new born parent like me . As a dad, I highly recommend to when baby’s mom goes to sleep due to tiredness. This definitely works. I will continue to use to see how it goes . Well done to the uploader of this video . It works out well for my baby girl. She’s one month now, and she just fell asleep after many hours awake. She was so stressed out, but this made her sleep in a few minutes. I used it at the hospital as well, And also worked great. It really helps us when we’re desperate trying to make her sleep. I hope it works for your kids too! We’re doing our best, and our babies are the best.

Just wanted to reach out to all the parents who are reading how many babies are falling straight asleep to this...and yours isn’t! Keep playing it each night and there will come a time when they associate it with sleep and it will work. We can now use it to put my son to sleep almost anywhere. Really helpful if we’re out and about and he needs to nap.
My 9mo daughter about 20 mins in n she's out jumps alot to it tho when she is zoning out it really puts us both into a lovely power nap u feel recharged after its amazing 👏
I was here reading all of these comments desperate for sleep with my newborn. He is now 10 weeks and somehow sleeps 7 hours straight at night time. I can honestly say this too shall pass. This is a lifesaver. My three week old settles so well to this. Like now, sat blearily on my exercise ball in the dark at 3am, the only light in the room from my phone screen. My 3 month old has been a very fussy baby since birth who fights sleep and then gets overtired. This has worked like an absolute dream to get her to take naps. She has to be rocked along to the heartbeat too and have her head stroked like a little princess but it stops her having her overtired meltdowns 😍😅 Thank you for this audio!!

When I play it through my phone you can't hear the heartbeat but it still helps my 3 month old daughter to sleep. I like playing it through my Bluetooth speaker because you hear the water sounds and heartbeat better and instantly causes her to pass out. I can finally get some chores done!

My newborn is 16 days old. She's been very hard to soothe for about a week now. I tried making heartbeat noises a few days ago and noticed it calmed her down some, so tried again tonight and it worked a little, so I decided to look up a heartbeat video. My husband then showed me womb sounds on spotify so I looked them up on TH-cam and found this. As soon as it started my baby's eyes looked like she was at home. She immediately drifted off to sleep. The look in her eyes made me cry, like she's been homesick and this video brought her the comfort of what was home for 9 months. Thank you. 🙏

I am a 16 year old mother, its 2:03am March 25th 2024, gave birth to my son at 1:54pm February 24th 2024..and he's never gotten this fussy i tried everything i could, fed him, burped him, changed him, soothed him, gave him skin to skin, dimmed my lights, turned off my phone, gave him my full attention, gave him his pacifier, massaged him, rocked him, changed his clothing(because i thought he might've been hot) laid him in his spot and i even let him cry a little to tired himself out and nothing changed, until i laid him on my chest where my heart is and put this video on behind his head, and it shook me because i didnt think it would work but i kind you not it did..being a parent in general young or not its really difficult, mother is 40 and still struggles to get my little brother to stop crying and before i gave birth i even tried to help her so i could get a head start but no matter how good you think you are at this and now matter how many children you have its really hard, the sleepless night, waking up just to making a bottle or even change a pamper, is exhausting but im doing everything i can because i did this to myself & i love my son with everything in me and im never going to give up .

My husband introduce me to this video. He told me that the hospital had it playing over the speaker in the ( NICU - Newborn intensive care unit). when our son was there. I was in recovery from a c section. They had it playing in the background for all the babies to hear. The nurse told him; it helps the babies calm down and feel like they are in the womb again. I found it so beautiful. And so sweet.
And now me and my baby are home thank you Lord Jesus Christ. My son is 9 weeks old and we play it every night. He falls asleep right away and so do we. It's so relaxing. Thank you for this video. It's been a blessing.

This is my fave white noise sounds like a water fall I'm not kean on the other whites noises I bought devises but they sound awful and crackley but this sounds peaceful. I have a two year old baby (well a baby to me lol) who refuses to sleep in her crib in her own room at nights, so she usually sleeps with me in my room. Problem is my room is at the other end of our apartment in the city and has traffic passing by constantly and sirens blaring at all hours so she can't sleep and in turn keeps me up trying to help her fall asleep. I've tried everything from rubbing her back while rocking her to singing lullaby's, and then i found this. I play it through my Ipad with a bluetooth speaker at night, and it's made a huge difference. Thanks for this, you've made this 23 yr old dad's life as a solo parent so much easier 👏🏻😊

Its normal baby wanna sleep only in hands or close to you it has been its whole life inside of you feeling your warmth hearing your sounds and heartbeat, and suddenly its out of you, in the cold big world, a baby can not protect itself, see it as a monkey, monkeys dont put their baby down, they feel unprotected and alone, they can not see annything, my girl i currently 4weeks and most of the time she spend very close on my body, hanging with a wraping cloth or carying bag, i do the dishes i cook i clea all with babygirl close to me close to my heartbeat and she sleeps instantly when she hangs there, (: the first months you CAN NOT spoil your baby, they cry for communication, in almost every other than the western culture they say: 9months in the belly, 9months ON the belly, i love this, and i feel that it makes her feel safe, this is what you want for your baby,
To all new moms and all moms in general: its a journey its doubts its patient its questioning if your doing good but most of all its so much love, to give and to recive! FOLLOW YOUR INSTINCT bcs actually u know the answer and if ur heart says this is the way, than ur doing right!
You don’t need much to care for a baby, the most you need is love and patient.

Here is a funny story of my almost one year old trying to eat the formula powder😂
So I was packing the diaper bag as usual and my man was shitting himself on the toilet (as usual)…
And then I hear funny noises in the other room where my bag was waiting for me. In the moments when I didn’t look for her, she OPENED the bag herself, got the little box out where the formula was stored, opened that too and just thought to herself „yea why not try the dry version?“
Yeah so by time I got there, the formula was all over the floor, she was completely covered, but really enjoyed it you could see the satisfaction grin on her lips…
I laughed tears and as my man came from his business, saw what show our daughter put on he also couldn’t help the tears.

My son is officially nine days old now. It's been a struggle for days to have him sleep properly after feeding. While searching for ways to help him sleep, I stumbled upon this video and the second I played it for him it calmed him down. My son was also able to sleep right after! Wow, it really is. As a new mum to a 5 week old with similar issues from my labour, I can relate. But your message also highlights the trauma from birth or pregnancy the men go through and how we need to remember give them love and support too.

My baby is 8 days old, he’s a good boy, but gets fussy trying to stay asleep. These playlists give us a chance to rest. My wife had a very difficult labor and emergency c section, as a father and husband it’s my responsibility and honor to care for my family. For all the hardship, I wouldn’t trade these moments for the world.
Somehow accidentally played this when 4 week newborn with me who was awake and extremely anxious to sleep . Magically in a matter of 3 minutes, the baby settled first then in another 3 minutes into deep sleep . Honestly this is the best of best pacifying technique for a new born parent like me . As a dad, I highly recommend to when baby’s mom goes to sleep due to tiredness. This definitely works. I will continue to use to see how it goes . Well done to the uploader of this video . So extremely thankful for this video, and seeing the comment that it was available on iTunes (in the 90 minute version). It works out well for my baby girl. She’s one month now, and she just fell asleep after many hours awake. She was so stressed out, but this made her sleep in a few minutes. I used it at the hospital as well, And also worked great. It really helps us when we’re desperate trying to make her sleep.

Just wanted to reach out to all the parents who are reading how many babies are falling straight asleep to this...and yours isn’t! Keep playing it each night and there will come a time when they associate it with sleep and it will work. We can now use it to put my son to sleep almost anywhere. Really helpful if we’re out and about and he needs to nap.

My 3 month old has been a very fussy baby since birth who fights sleep and then gets overtired. This has worked like an absolute dream to get her to take naps. She has to be rocked along to the heartbeat too and have her head stroked like a little princess but it stops her having her overtired meltdowns 😍😅 Thank you for this audio!!

When I play it through my phone you can't hear the heartbeat but it still helps my 3 month old daughter to sleep. I like playing it through my Bluetooth speaker because you hear the water sounds and heartbeat better and instantly causes her to pass out. I can finally get some chores done!

My son turned 1 month old yesterday and I remember looking this up 3 weeks ago during the first week being home feeling so stressed and being completely new to fatherhood and trying to do my best to help my wife and my baby at night and this video and these comments actually gave me some encouragement and hope that things get better as they progress and I’m here for all the dads in that first week freaking out trying to do their best to not freak out and feel like they don’t want to mess up because they don’t know what they’re doing. You got this it gets better and your baby is going to be okay 🤙🏼 I still have so much to learn and grow in this stage of life but knowing that I’m not alone in feeling so new and so worried about being the best that I can be for my new baby and now growing family is so strangely comforting

I dont know how i found this video, after 5 months of different techniques to.make my baby to sleep, unsucessfully, this.helped him loads. I even slept during day with him during naps. Amazing. Thank you so much. Lots of love from a less frustrated and tired first time mummy

This video is magic! My newborn is almost 4 weeks old and whenever she’s upset I play this video and she instantly relaxes and falls asleep! I’ve been playing it for the last 2 nights and she’s been sleeping for 3.5-4 hours at a time! I swear even my husband and I are sleeping better!

8 months in, and this sound still puts her right to sleep. We tried numerous white noise for babies videos, and this is the only one that worked for her. Thank you for uploading this!
