(Obviously certain teams helping out earn a cut) The manager can help him mature and go to business meetings and help him make decisions through a business POV. And most Definately a Financial adviser to make sure he’s spending his money wisely and to help him foresee what would be beneficial for him to invest in and what wouldn’t to keep his success and wealth going.
But he'll learn I'm sure his parents will teach him about the dark side of the world. I had to learn about it the hard way.

I decided I was going to apply myself and thought long and hard for many months until the best app idea ever just popped into my head. It’s such a simple idea and all my friends were wishing there was an app for this (I won’t disclose my app idea until it’s out seen as I don’t want it to be stolen). I joined a coding class, found the nerdiest coding wiz in my school, and together we are currently creating the app. I’m then going to get investors involved, and release the app to the public for free just for the trial runs. I will continue updating and changing features in my app according to how many people start joining with different or modified features. I will then try and get sponsorships from big people such as the Kardashains and Kylie Jenner since my father is their chiropractor. I truly think this idea is worth millions, maybe even billions if everything goes the way it should. It’s totally possible man, just apply yourself.

People dont understand when you follow your true passion you dont feel overwhelmed, you are enganged so no matter how much you're getting and how much you throw yourself into you will be super enganged and see it as part of your life. But school SLAMS those doors on lots of people so dropping out is smart as long as you are stable like this man(by stable i mean you have a source of income and are disciplined on your true passion knowing you can pursue it better without school). Being this smart though is a gift and he's done great work for his passion bringing him that money. He's doing stuff a human being should be taught in schools, he had the experience so why can't we have the free will and experience in school. The system is old if only there were a way to change that. Opportunities are closed if you dont go to school such as more pay (literally just more income) but also greater opportunities are closed if you do go to school (You are forced to put yourself through a series of CRUDE standardized tests for every subject with the same exact teaching method for every student) that can literally deplete your passion to become a scientist. Or it even leads to suicide which some do take because of school and its horrible. Now a kid whos passionate for science would be taking non stop science classes and mandatory classes such as reading and writing but we shouldn't be tested on this stuff, we should collaberate (work together). This leads to real life work, in real life you wont be used because you know something, you need to be able to have the skill to collaberate instead of be independant and know a couple words and facts. Yes once you're out of school you begin to learn how to collaberate but this takes a lot of time for people who went through 12 years of just standardized testing or even 16 years due to college. If we collaberated more and let the students have more free will of their passions school teachers would end up being paid more as they are literally shaping the future. I have way more to talk about but you get the points. Yes school gives you oportunities but does it give you the skill most companies look for?
