#2 & #4 I just realized today that i get angry on myself when i make a mistake while studying so i decided to write a lil assuring note to myself whenever i do something wrong and it really made me enjoy my work. And You said in your reading about self hate i was thinking this too. I'm not loving myself fully if I'll get angry on myself for not putting a damn negative sign in the answer haha weird i know.And yes i'm highly observant of everyone around me.
