Thanks Dainya. Your videos are very informative and professionally done. Awesome!! I shared with a friend who I know will find this information very useful.
very truthful video which shows real picture! I also think having one part time job is only enough to cover living expences but not enough to cover tuition. Thank you!
Exactly...and that's why I did the video this way to break it down and show how much money you're going to be paid for parttime jobs and the cost for living expenses + tuition.
Very insightful. I'd love you to do a video on visa application processes, that is documents you'd need to submit, how much money must you have in your account and how to write an explanation letter. Thank you
Hi Derrick. Thank you for your comment. I definitely plan on doing this in a series. That way, I can break it up into smaller videos so the videos can be shorter and to the point.
@D.Truth can I pay for the first semester fees only and pay for the second while still there, and still if I could pay for the first which is written June 1 and my joining date is at latest 13th Sept, how guaranteed am I of getting the study permit or should I proceed for the permit first before the first payment date
Hi, how possible it is to study as a mother of 2 kids in Alberta, and is it possible to cope with part time work while study also. I will appreciate your response. Bcos i am planning to come to canada with my 2kids as diploma student
Hi Daymust2007. I will say this, studying while working parttime is absolutely doable especially if you land a job at your school which will be scheduled around your availability. However, this fact depends on alot of things, namely, how old are your children(can you leave them alone while you work and/ or go to school) will you be relying completely on your parttime job to pay your tuition and living expenses, etc. Take into consideration that you may have to use childcare services while school is out, which is not cheap here in Canada, plus you still have to focus on your school work, after all that should be your main focus. Take all these into consideration Daymust2007 and plan accordingly. All the best
Hello D, good to be on your channel, please I have applied to Concordia University of Edmonton for Masters in Information Systems and Assurance Management. Please can you help me with tution fees for a year for international students.
@@DTruth-dv8ib please what I meant is rough estimate of a year tution fees for Masters in Information Systems and Assurance Management at CUE if you know.
Thanks so much for this information. I wish to come to Canada for masters program bringing along my husband and 3children. If I work part time and my husband work full time, will our combined income be enough to pay my tuition, our monthly expenses and take care of the children too?
I wouldn't be able to say for sure that it'll work that way for you but you could look into loans/scholarships to offset some of your expenses(Just as a backup plan). Thinhs dont usually work how you plan it, so it's good to have a plan B incase yours and your husband job doesn't cut it. All the best
Hi, I was accepted to school in Toronto and for my study permit, they are requesting proof for payment of tuition. Any suggestions on what I should provide if I have not paid any tuition yet?
Hi Nicki D, make a deposit to your school and submit a copy of the receipt. I've never heard of anyone getting their study permit approved without some proof of payment whatsoever(not saying its impossible, I just never heard about it). Find out from your school the minimum amount they'll accept and make that payment.
Very helpful! Thanks for making this video. Since you are a master's student, I am wondering if you have any classmates who are studying while being able to hold a 20 hr per week job that's not minimum wage and maybe is relevant to their bachelor's degree? I don't know what you major in, but do you know of any students at your university whose part time job is accounting, developing websites, nursing, consulting, fitness training or selling real estate? In theory these seem like flexible jobs but I'd like to know if it's a realistic plan for university students in Canada
@@dianaanthonywise7192 hi! can you introduce me or tell me this someone you know? because I'm also interested in studying nursing in Canada with low tuition... thanks!
Hi. If you get a scholarship to cover part of your tuition then a part time job can definitely go along way to cover the rest of your tuition plus other expenses. It would even be better to secure a scholarship that covers your entire tuition. All the best
I pay per semester. The cost per semester is dependent on the courses you’re taking that semester. Some courses are 9 credits, some are 3 credits and there’s some that has no credit so your semester fees may vary from semester to semester.
Hello D, I just have one question. Did you attempted GRE exam and if yes, what kind of score does concordia expects? Waiting for the reply, eagerly. Love your videos btw. Keep 'em coming.
Hi Ankit, Concordia didn't require GRE scores when I was applying and the last time I looked into the requirements(2 weeks ago) I didn't see anything about GRE...but you can check their website for more info on that. I'm almost certain it's not required though.
I attended Concordia University of Edmonton. That’s per semester and it also depends on the credits you decide to take per semester. It definitely could be more. Check out the school’s website for updated fees
Hi Dainya... i want to go for Masters in MIS on a low budget, which province would you recommend for a good school with affordable tuition and moderate cost of living
