The first time I watched Cambodian coconut dance was when I watched the first Cambodian movie which was screened in Singapore in 1974. It was dubbed in Chinese and the title was 'Love Between a Girl and a Snake'. The actress was Ly Savet. The songs in Cambodian were very beautiful. I think this movie was destroyed during the reign of the Khmer Rouge.
