CUSTOM Mini Quad Hits the Trails!

- While we wait on parts for the Electric Kart, we decided to take the Mini ATV out to our local OHV trails! We had a ton of fun ripping around and the quad took everything that we threw at it. Thanks to Gopowersports for all the parts we used on this build, links are in the description below!

I think you guys should have two sets of coilovers and tires for it so that you can quickly swap the quad into trail mode

That looked like a nasty spill! Good thing for the helmet and riding jacket. 👍 Try to tuck and roll rather put your arms out. I've broken my wrists so many times not tucking.
No shit Sherlock it's just a natural reaction to put your arms out to catch yourself, you don't think they already know this what do you think they belong on the short bus
Well I wouldn't feel to bad about the suspension bottoming out I've seen literally every other builder on TH-cam make the same mistake some of them more than once

hey guys, I'm moving from SoCal to the Duncan/Marlow area of OK soon. I have lots of toys. Go cart, Golf Cart, MX bikes, and love BBR, C+C, RBG,...etc. I'm a pretty good musician too. Can't wait to come and hang n jam with you cats!!!! "Ain't nothin' that a beer can't fix!"

Why are four stroke engines just so crappy shitty?
They dont even rip like a two stroke engine.
Dont know why americans swap such engines in allmost every vehicle you can emagine.....
What tyres are these keep burning out off road tyres so much I need inroad tyres
I swapped a stage 1 upgraded predator 212 into a 50cc four wheeler, and it was the most unstable thing ever. This looks much more manageable, because it is actually custom made for the engine and not just a random 212 shoved into a 50cc frame.
So what you’re saying is if I swap my 420cc engine inside the a Baja 90cc I’ll die? Lol
Some bigger tires would help the quad a bit; improving your ride height and comfort.

Good fall, I’m not the best builder but I got a pair of 212 quads, fixing one rn for a “make over” go ahead n check em out, I took a good fall as well a few weeks ago, nothing a cold beer didn’t heal love this lil build
Don't quads usually have foot pegs with those strap things there to keep you from slipping off and running over your legs? Might help with driving it if you could plant your feet better. Really cool little vehicle!
Pegs off of a pit bike would really help this build and give more control, you guys are trying to control this with your upper body when all you need is to shift weight down low with pegs.. this is a sweet build!! Love the videos!

You should make a guard for the transmission/clutches/belt. It would totally suck if you got your pants and or leg stuck in it.

Where are you riding at texoma? We stay in the north side of the lake and I ride my mini bike along the shore north of the islands. I guess I need to find these trails!!

Definitely if there were the lawnmower versions of those tires and had the down on the air pressure it would have been better for jumps a little but the fun wouldn't have been as good on drifting but great build been thinking of doing me one but a bigger frame maybe a opposed twin would be good
