HOW TO - Drum Change Over

In this video we share our method for switching between different materials in a plural component spray system.
Example: Switching from 2.0 lb. foam to 0.5 lb. foam or switching from a polyurethane foam to a polyurea coating.
This method will allow you to capture most of the material in the proportioner, pumps, hoses etc minimizing waste.
SAFETY ALERT:
Follow your equipment's Pressure Relief Procedure before cleaning, checking, or servicing equipment. Disconnect hoses from gun. Once started you will need to finish the procedure, be sure to allow for the time needed to complete the procedure start to finish, it is not recommended to leave air in the system.
