Its Faraam and his skill thats making her look good in this video. He's just that good of a player. He can use just about any hero, and I'm willing to bet he can use every hero, and make a low tier look like an S tier.
Not even, as much as I like Faraam, this was mostly just basic stuff even I could pull off (11 reps in nuxia), its just so rare to actually see anyone playing nuxia and to do well with her. I can't wait to see what faraam does after putting a bit more time into her, as that will be the real show.

Hi, Nuxia main here. When you have the slip through feat, deflects do 56 damage. You can melt orochis that love to use undodgeables. Infection is also good against ganks, it's a great deterrent, and if not it will kill them. When it comes to the parry light attack; it's finicky so you can't change directions after you parry or it won't come out. You did really well for starting her off, welcome to the Nuxia family bud.

From someone who played Nuxia up to Rep 11. This encapsulates her strength well. Landing traps to steamroll is how she plays, but this doesn’t show the pain of missing multiple traps in a row, where you get steamrolled instead.
Im almost rep 60 with Nux Nux so of I can recommend a feat loadout I hope you will take it into consideration. So you already have bounty hunter, then you need caltrops.these are handy in every situation. Especially ganks or you want to clear out a minion or pikeman spawn quickly.they do hurt your troops though so place them wisely. Then use thread of fate. If someone like that orochi keeps running away from the fight at the first sign of potential defeat you can disable his ability to run or roll and get a free executions or kill. Lastly I recommend regeneration. It's a passive that takes a while to get but saves so much time. If you are low on health fighting a guardian or a Commander you can step aside for a while and jog around the fight while constantly getting health. You will always get health back as long as you don't sprint, emote, lock on to someone, get hit, or throw an attack. Hope this helped much ❤
her out of stamina punish is side throw light heavy light which is the safe one but the most damaging one but not guranteed is light heavy trap sometimes its good to feint into another trap or feint or let the heavies go
I have a pair of dragon hook swords in my small armory. I hardly ever get to train with them, since you need close to 12 ft. to get through a form but I always found them fascinating. The Chinese say that for every edge on a weapon, it's 10 years to mastery of that weapon. Fucking dragon hook swords have like 5 a piece. Cool to see this thanks

Cause her traps were a one hit wonder. Its the kind of kit that is definitely still effective, but for the typical level of skill from the majority of players, she's more suited for smacking noobs. Obviously she can be much better, and the same goes for any low tier.

nuxia has a parry move (press light after the parry) im still early in the video so you might use it later on but its definitely worth using, pretty good damage and fast

The updates made to balance, fix, or rework characters in the game are only made for PC version, console just gets the same because Ubi doesn't wanna take the time to deal with a 30fps version on top of a 60fps version of their game.
Nuxia may not be an incredibly strong duelist, but against people who aren't paying 100% attention, nuxia can catch you off guard very easily. She is also a god tier ganker if the enemy is trying to external block her.
The only change i want on nuxia is sped up heavies BUT in exchange make the trap indicator appear earlier in said attack, like a feint kinda timing(just later otherwise it would suck)

I tried fo figure out what your team was doing around the 5 min mark. And it would seem they were all struggling to kill the conq. Eventually he noticed that his team could not kill you. He killed the raider and ran after you. Musha revived everyone and they took forever to show up and conq speed revived everyone you killed. Luckily nobu must have watched you from death cam. Got to you just in time at 6:30 and planted health banner.....wow
You would benefit lore from using Infection as her tier 4 if you are going to be anti ganking, its very powerful. Combining it with Caltrops makes for a great combo too ;]
Is this game well populated still? Haven't played it in a loooong time. When I last played tho I remember people whining that because of game mechanics it wasn't wise to be the 1 hitting first instead just parry/ punish spam... so it was promoting very defensive style to win fights easily.

Yeah, on pc its definitely about skill. On console its mostly about who abuses their lights the most. So far Hitokiri is the new Orochi on console.

Probably a little late to ask, but do you do breach cause it’s fun, or for the ganks that come in it?
Both ;) There is only on heal point in breach unlike in dominion. The enemies have to kill me when they want some heal

I tried fo figure out what your team was doing around the 5 min mark. And it would seem they were all struggling to kill the conq. Eventually he noticed that his team could not kill you. He killed the raider and ran after you. Musha revived everyone and they took forever to show up and conq speed revived everyone you killed. Luckily nobu must have watched you from death cam. Got to you just in time at 6:30 and planted health banner.....wow
You would benefit lore from using Infection as her tier 4 if you are going to be anti ganking, its very powerful. Combining it with Caltrops makes for a great combo too ;]
The only reason bad and Nuxia would be in the same sentence would be that Nuxia is bad ass
Is this game well populated still? Haven't played it in a loooong time.
When I last played tho I remember people whining that because of game mechanics it wasn't wise to be the 1 hitting first instead just parry/ punish spam... so it was promoting very defensive style to win fights easily.
