You're the only english review of this figure I can find, I'm actually surprised not many have reviewed him, yet. Maybe there was a large delay in the shipment of the figure or people are burnt out from all the Thor figures lately, lol. Anyways good review, made me excited for mine.
I agree with the people who say Sh is better. It has better details like the arms and weapons. Mafex looks better as a figure but It is neither a Fat Thor or fit Thor, is like a Zeus figure.

Got mine 2 days ago and I think it is far better than the Marvel Legends and SH Figuarts versions. Best sculpt, best heads, best cape and best accessories. Especially love the electric eyes head and electric charged Storm Breaker.
@@ScrewedToyz Yeah, he really has almost no flaws. Articulation is slightly limited, but he is not meant to be very agile, especially in such an round state. I was worried the same as you about the capes wires coming through the material, like my IW version, but I think they solved that by having the wire go further in the shoulder area and the shoulder piece have more of a gap to allowing the wire to bend more instead of it getting caught on it.
I've been waiting for this figure to come out ever since they had shown the prototype in August 2020. For one simple reason that you mentioned: the Stormbreaker is FINALLY the right size. I cannot fathom for the life of me why was it such an issue for other companies to make it properly big. Even mafex's infinity war version was too small and the marvel legends one is just pathetic. As time passed, the endgame iteration of Thor has grown on me more and more. Now that the figure is out I can safely say it's the definitive version of my favourite design. Can't wait for mine to arrive from Japan!
And you get two of them! The electric charged Stormbreaker looks beautiful in hand with the right amount of light shining on it. Best size, best colour. No contest.
I agree, I have both and I like the SHF better, the mafex one looks way too skinny and his face his way to skinny and long and his arms are way to lengthy, if the SHF was a bit taller it would easily blow mafex out, plus SHF face is way more identical to Chris hemsworth
I will own both so tough to say. Likeness is easily better on SHF imo. Proportions go to Mafex. Blocky joints at the hips are a big down fall for the SH. This one is more fluid. Some people laugh at the lightning effects on the SHF but have the figure posed right, it looks mighty. Both are 👍

He’s a really good figure, no competition, I keep going back to him, contender for top 10 fig of the year

it's not bad but the face looks nothing like Thor and the leg articulation sucks :/
My legs are good, I think the heads look like him but just not 100% spot on
