    If R is an arbitrary ring and n∈Z+, prove that
    a) the sets In={na|a belong to R) and Jn={a∈R∣na=0} are both ideals of R;
    b) char (R/In) divides n
    c) if char R≠0,then char R divides n char(R/Jn)

      No they do not belong to D but n1 and n2 are natural numbers therefore n1×n2=0 then either n1=0 or n2=0

    To sir if n is smallest positive integer then how can we write it in the form of n1.n2 because two intezer Ka multiple grater then Hoga n sai

      The smallest positive integer is 1
      But 1 is neither prime nor composite
      Hence n=1 is not applicable for this theorem
      So therefore 1 is not a characteristics (depends on our Ring)

    ring (z = {0,1,2,....(p-1)},+,×) is an integral domain iff p is prime pls ise solve kijiye sir pls..

      I think u r talking about Zp where p is prime under addition and multiplication modulo 5
      Moreover Zp is Field
