3D Print Your Own Triangle E-Bike Battery, Open Source!

We've got another battery that you can 3D Print the enclosure for!
This is an awesome little battery housing that can handle 36V, 48V, and even 52V configurations (up to 42 cells).
In this video we're building it out at 48V 15AH using Samsung 50E Cells, a 30A DALY BMS.

Thats the best battery design I've seen yet. You guys really knocked it out of the park. Do you think you will ever make a larger version? My bike has a larger triangle. Looking to make a 60volt 20amp. Love that design 👍

It's Great that you are showing how a Battery Pack should be built, I have open up a number of failed "thrifty" Chinese battery packs and they are scary inside. You will be building my next battery pack.

Great information. Any info on the battery meter and the type of blue tape. Going to order on aliexpress as i am overseas. Is there a diagram to show how to connect both the 48 and 52v batteries

When printing your open source battery case, what infill % are you using? And do you have any other settings you would be open to sharing in case you use Cura or Orca as a slicer? Thank you in advance!!

Hey there, we are printing the walls to be 100% (basically add enough wall lines to make it complete, no center infill) and then the top and bottom to be 60% infill density. Basically trying to make it as stout as possible!
