    Great video as always. Can you make new videos about the hip shoot technique in deadlifts ? Should the hip shoot aim for a diagonally and back motion with the hip or just up ? I still can't do it properly

    Cranking out the vids bro. Have you ever tried the New Age Mouthpiece for your compound lifts? I started using it last week for the first time and it completely changed the way I brace. I feel more stable and solid when I bite down.

      I got you soon fam! In a nut shell though, Sun exposure at specific times to the ocular nerve is most important as well as avoiding blue light exposure. No joke blue light kills like 75% of melatonin production. Likewise just proper sleep hygiene like temp and consistent schedule. It’s really nothing too fancy.

      Can’t target it, the fibers run horizontally. However what you can do is target the mid upper pec area which will give the most definition there. Your best bet is a low incline press with extremely full ROM and mastering the mind muscle connection! I can prob do a video eventually!
