Hi, Namaste, thanking you for video. We Indians make curd from milk at home by using normal curd as culture media for next batches. But my question is, once we buy probiotic Greek yogurt culture, for next batches can we use previous batch yogurt as culture.? I guess, you must have used previous batch yogurt !? Or every time have to buy it from diary shop.? I wanted to produce probiotic yogurt for self use, I like Yogurt than our traditional curd. So please let me know. Thanks.
