But my question is, once we buy probiotic Greek yogurt culture, for next batches can we use previous batch yogurt as culture.?
I guess, you must have used previous batch yogurt !? Or every time have to buy it from diary shop.?
I wanted to produce probiotic yogurt for self use, I like Yogurt than our traditional curd. So please let me know.

incubation in 45 c for 3-6h than put it in cold espace after 24-48h you measure ph
