Hi Subha , I am seeing your videos recently and its very nice and inspiring 😊. I happen to see this paal payasam video in which you and mom taking about payasam rice . Actually there is separate rice for paal payasam which will be broken in Kerala . Its called Kerala payasam rice which is used in all temples in Kerala.its also available in chennai stores . You can also make this payasam with normal raw rice like your mom does. All good with best wishes😊

Yes ma..I am using brown sugar only for the past 5 years..This white sugar was one of the product of a gift box..Thanks for your concern dear🙏
Keep one litter milk with 2 spoons of rice in a vessel and keep it in the cooker .
Keep 3 whistles in medium flame and another 45 minutes in Sim mode.
Take the vessel out and add sugar.boil for 5 to 8 minutes. No need to add anything. Super Bombay paal payasam in Lacto calamine colour is ready. Try it once.
Will try this method some other time👍..milk won't over flow from the vessel??
Keep bigger vessel ..you may put a small cup or plate into it to avoid overflowing
I make paal payasam in this method only. It comes out in nice pink color with wonderful taste.
Hi Suba, Thai Velli Naivediyam Paal Payasam with a unique method of soaking & grinding the cashew nuts & cardamom will give the rich creamy thickness & ultimate delicious taste to it. 👌👏 Sweet recipe. Can we add condensed milk instead of sugar to the payasam but pls ask Amma whether it can be kept till evening to consume, will it be nice? The necklace which u had kept for the Vilakku is of superb design. The bloopers at the end were interesting but Suba, ur Amma told Vanakkam correctly only. Kozhukattai looks divinely yummy.👍🙏
Thanks a lot dear..yes we kept the payasam until evening and tested good only ..but never keep in the same bronze vessel for long time...I was expecting a kind of vibe on that vanakkam🤩 later realized that is her own style and continued...

Hi subha Why are you still consuming white sugar , nowadays people aware of white sugar. Better to go with palm sugar or brown sugar ( unbleached).good for health.
