Appreciate the vedio. But Why take 3 ampule for dilute? Is it a rule? the available strength of ampule can be changed acc to hospital setting. Then how dilute?
3mg dilute to 50ml with NS = 60mcg/ml. It depends upon the order For your reference : www.ambulance.vic.gov.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/arv-infusions-table.pdf

welcome
Thanks for very easy explanation
You are welcome
Mam in 3rd example
Desired dose is 0.1
Quantity is 250
Time is 60
Body weight is 70
Great
Very informative
Glad you think so!
Very good 👍
Thank you! Cheers!
👏👏👏
If 1 ml is 4mcg then 250 ml is 62.5 mcg. ...
Then available dose is 62.5 mcg....
Formula is 0.1×250×60×70÷62.5×1000 =1.68ml/hr
Great
Appreciate the vedio.
But Why take 3 ampule for dilute?
Is it a rule?
the available strength of ampule can be changed acc to hospital setting.
Then how dilute?
Thank you so much🥰🥰👍
You’re welcome 😊
Thank you for making the formula easier, however, it looks like we changed the available dose from 1 to 3, and how did we arrive at 1ml=4mcg? 🇰🇪
Simple 1000mcg in 250 ml so 1ml =1000/250= 4mcg
thank u
🙏👍👌❤
Thanks
