Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg
Green chilli - 100 grams
Sunflower Oil - 100 ml
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - As required
Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 Tbsp
Chilli Sauce - 3 Tbsp
Soya sauce - 1 Tbsp
Corn flour - 1 Tbsp
Water
Method:
1, In a kadai add Ghee and oil. To this add green chilli and fry for a min.
2. Now add Ginger, garlic paste and mix well.
3. add Chicken pieces.
4. add Turmeric powder.
5 Add water and salt
6. Lastly, add Corn flour with water and cook for 2 -3 mins until gravy slightly thickens.
7. Relish the Yummy Andhra Chilli Chicken.
