One more throwback to September 2023 (I want #Summer, now !)

The course is mostly on a hard compacted gravel with 1 hill & very steep downhill section (for about 50m) where an assist is absolutely needed. The good news is that when you visit the park not for the parkrun, you can go around the Black Island & avoid this hill. The elevation then is only a couple gentle inclines. The loop is about 1.5km long.

Lato w Irlandii trwa kilka dni ;) Trzeba mieć szczęście. Temperatura tu jest odczuwana inaczej ze względu na wilgotność ( 25 to upał!) To był wrzesień, ostatni podryg lata na wyspie.
