And no matter how much you smash the cars, the mission goes on. Leave a vehicle near the hauler. Then start the run from the house, get in the boat and steal the tool box, jump in the vehicle, and head directly to the truck to load the two cars.

I managed to do it without the boats, with 0.7 sec left, it was so close
