Hard thing to even want to quit when being high feels better then praying Salat. "Don't do weed! It is horrible.". You clearly have never done it.

We as humans are very prone to addiction. Our dopamine levels get to a peak when we're doing something that we like or feel good about. This might be as innocent as scrolling on your phone, eating junk food, or in your case (which is more serious) smoking. I want to remind you that we aren't perfect and we will never be, but the thing is that we try. It is hard to get over these addictions, you can't just quit. It is a battle where you fight against yourself but just have in mind that it is for the greater good. It's not a consistent journey and you might hit your highs and lows, but it's all worth it. Allah (SWT) cares for you, that's why he has blessed you with being a Muslim. He has chosen you to be a Muslim. That's enough of a miracle! That is why, you need to start to change your life for the better.
The best advice that I could give you is to pray at the appointed times. Allah (SWT) doesn't need you, but you need Him, that is why He has made prayer one of the most important pillars of Islam. No matter what you go through, no matter what you do, no matter if you sin or not, you NEED to pray. But don't rush your prayer, pray with Tawakkul and ask Allah (SWT) to help you get over your addiction. Talk to Him, express your sadness, your anger, your happiness, your gratitude. He's the one who gives you everything after all. Keep this a consistent habit and you'll see improvement. If you're in any trouble in life know that Allah (SWT) is going to get you out of it as long as you make Dua'. Fasting also really helps focus even more during prayer. I also really recommend you read the Quran before sleeping or after praying the Fajr prayer. This will ease your mind and will make you reflect on your life.
As I said, addiction is a very hard thing to surpass. You need to build discipline because without discipline we will be slaves to our desires and subjugated to these people who provide all of these bad things, even though they're no better or maybe even worse than us. Allah (SWT) wants you to succeed, to enter Jannah, but He also puts you through this trial to see if you will walk away from Him or get closer to Him. Remember that everything that you have is thanks to Allah (SWT) and everything you will ever have is thanks to Him as well. Jannah will be full of sinners that have repented and have done good, so please, try to do so as well. I wish you the best!
Trust me if others can get off it and do better so can you imagine Allah swt commanded the angel of death to take your life while you were rolling or smoking the next spliff we dont want his punishment or to die in that state may Allah swt take us when we are most beloved to him aameen
Try replacing weed with cigarettes then replace that with vape then try get off vape and do lots of dua may Allah swt make it easier for you
@@user-vm8nf9if2c I mostly just do dabs and weed vapes. Don't really smoke raw flower. Not gonna replace on bad habit with another. And unlike cigs. Marijuana actually does have some health benefits depend on what the person is using it for. I use it to stop headaches and anxiety. But the euphoria that comes with it is another reason why I use it too.
Being high is like being indoctrined by the shaytan. You have ate the fruit like the behavior done of Adaam (AS). But the question I ask, is, was its (temporary) deliciousness worth more than the reward and mercy of your Lord?
