I’ve been profitable since 2014 and been trading for a living since 2018-2019. I haven’t had a good night’s sleep since then. Also, there is no trading from the beach or while on a private jet lolol those are sucker commercials. Trading is a difficult business and probably the hardest thing someone will ever try to figure out! The amount of money depends on the account. Whenever you hear about a fixed amount in trading you might as well just keep scrolling. There are no fixed numbers in trading! I wouldn’t recommend trading to anyone 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is a brilliant video its taken a long time for me to accept that lower % returns over a long time is the way to do this game over a lifetime, it shapes everything the amount of risk you take the amount you lose and make per trade etc. Great video keep up the good work Nick!

Hi Nick, very helpful info as usual. Am wondering if you could do a video regarding how taxes work when it comes to income from trading.

One more thing Nick: There's the Boredom too.
In a sense, it's actually impossible to truly be a full-time trader. Because most of trading is actually the boring act of just waiting for your setup.
And even after entering a position, there's nothing much else to do (apart from maybe Trade Management) than still wait for the outcome.
It gets old very fast, and one quickly realizes that it would probably be wise to fill up that waiting time with something more productive... (assuming all the necessary tradingview alerts are set up, that is 😅)
This has been my experience. I don't mean to presume to know how others trade, I don't personally know anyone who actually trades all day. I mean profitably.

Absolutely agree, I have been in the forex market for over 10 years and 2-5% is really what I also shoot for and hope to get each month if possible. Also, I did not start becoming semi profitable until the last couple years so I just look at it as my own journey. But I love trading so what can I say. Nick! What ever happened to those guys you challenged that said they could trade 10-20% a month? LOL Curious how that went for them and did anyone rise to the challenge?

Tired of the forex prop firm space… could you possibly create a video of things a forex trader should know before making the switch to futures?

hey i have nice video, i have a question though if i have an account with 1000$ and within a two months i make it to 2000$ (which is 100% profit) but i've used a x20 leverage on every trade, so does this mean that my capital was actualy 20000$ and my profit per two months was not 100% but 5% (because 1000$ from 20000$ is 5%)?

This way of trading is self-torment.
Swing trade in quality companies, never sell at a loss and you'll make 25% in 3 months on average (8%+/m).
No stress and less boredom this path, too.
    Don't believe me? I.d.g.a.s.
Take the suggestion or leave it ♥️
