At the start of the lecture, you have first told what is priority Encoder although I was wondering that you were showing the solution which was not the case Because the in question statement, the priority Encoder is Low Priority which is explained from 5 minutes onwards. Rest is a very good understandable and smooth lecture. Doubts are clearly removed.
