For sure! My favourite brushes for whiskers are short filberts or brights. Brights work better for thick, long whiskers because they hold more paint in the tip. With brights you can make a longer line all in one go, but they're not as precise as the rounded tip of the filbert. As for the make, I usually use pretty cheap brushes for my fine lines haha. If you're looking for the right effect, look for something that is stiff enough to offer some resistance when you bend the bristles in your hand, but still soft and consistent (rather than wiry).
