This is a very powerful whistle indeed, I learned it intuitively a long time ago, you it is very similar to "shush-ing" someone to shut up, but with your fingers touching their fingertips on your mouth, and the tip of the mouth touching the back side of the lower teeth.

For the whistle to cause the instant hearing damage, it needs to be above 130 dB and not 110 and 130 dB is about four times louder to the human ear and has 100 times stronger sound waves for those who think that I don’t know math. That’s just how the decibel scale works.
