      @@inthekitchenwithilya did it yesterday, it did not hold up right at the end, but the fluffly texture and crusty potatoes worked ! next time i'll maybe try with a smaller quantity of rice, maybe it'll help the dome hold up more.

      You can serve it with variety of Persian food such as Kebab, fried fish, grilled meat, stew or grilled vegetables.

    I have a new non-stick pot that does not recommend high heat. Is it ok to cook this dish on medium heat?
