Thank you so much dear Christopher! On the contrary, I just use the weight of my right arm holding the bassoon on the point of support of my right hip so that the fingers of the hand and the wrist are free to move and the wrist to rotate around the axis of the arm; my left hand while playing balances and holds the instrument from left to right but again fingers and hand are free. So the support points are 3: right hip, right hand (at the level of the proximal phalax of the index finger) and left hand (at the level of the proximal phalax of the index finger).
Wow ! ... Absolutely stunning ! Bravo !
Grande Giovanni sei spettacolare❤
What glorious music comes out of your bassoon Giovanni Battista Graziadio, bravo!
Maravilloso!
Brilliant!
Wonderfull
Bravo...! Giovanni Battista Graziadio.

Bravissimo Giovanni!! Hai tutta la mia stima
Maestro grazie! Sono onoratissimo!
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻
How can he play the bassoon without any strap or string around the neck or anything else ?
By holding it 🤓
The old instrument must have been somewhat light without all the metal we have today
Is he just holding it?! Or is there some support harness that I'm not seeing?
Hi Ben, yes I am just holding it.
incredible playing...but i'm more amazed that you are not using any sort of harness!! your wrists must be made of steel
