I like listening to Dr Obriaraeri, he always has good straightforward solutions and very energetic. Also love Yemi Adamolekun. She's the most intelligent lady I've seen on platforms like this and she is very astute with her analyses. These are the types we're talking about.

This is what happens when Davido and BurnaBoy are role models, our youths are saturated in mediocrity because in Nigeria, it is the man with the biggest stain on his garment that becomes the leader, this is just the beginning.

Good comment. I'll just substitute "vanities" for the word "mediocrity" in your comment.

@Tirelesswarrior The thing is, everything is actually vanity. It doesn't mean we strive for nothing, so chasing vanity in itself is not the problem of the youth. It's what they strive for, what they want to achieve, their idea of success is not one like the great inventors or remarkable philosophers, it's one of the noisy charlatans, the ponzi scheme, get rich quick, my night switched in one night foolishness.

The system is failing because some parents blame everything on the government. Parents should start regulating the use of social media usage of their children as most children stay long hours on social media browsing neglecting their schools work. Also, the use of computer based tests /exams at all levels is not good for our educational system because of level of poverty on the land and inaccessible high cost of Internet or network .Nigeria is just racing too fast to imitate western nations systems despite lack of adequate infrastructure to easy the living standard of poor Nigerians.

I really agreed with the spoke persons, for instance in my local government, they is no school that has an equipped laboratory, the ones that claimed they have a laboratory, nothing real is there. I even carried out a research on human and non human resources in primary and secondary schools across the local government. If give an opportunity I will love to share my findings, you will be shock.
I was a victim, a science student who has no chemistry, physics and mathematics teacher from sss1-3.

It's not by age...the best Jamb applicant last year was a 16 year old girl. This year also, a 16 year old boy scored above 300, he got almost 100% in mathematics... You can google it. Please, leave the issue of age out of it!

@@agbolagadesam1030 The government killed education system. It seems you are one of the politicians. Mind you nobody will take education serious after what happened in general election 2023. When a man with furge certificate becomes president and first class lawyer's defend him at the court because of money value. So the rate of money value is high than education value
