that one part -the last trigger when the killer got "blown off" sure sounds like when the girls ditched Jack S when they left him standing at the grub truck alone after he had walked and talked with them....and it sound like the stereotypical powerful family where the mother is the power player.......didn't Jack S buy their grub hub food...?

I believe they were essentially acquaintances… but I believe that someone that is close to the killer and the roommates is closely connected, but the connection between the killer and the roommates is not as close as another connection that they have in common. That was confusing… like: A) Killer has close friend B) The girls or Ethan and Xana have a close friend C) the friend from A and the friend from B are close to one another, bringing the killer and victims ‘closer’ but without much of a personal relationship between them

I have been having a feeling lately it was Ethan and Xana. But not because of the whole "frat fight" thing. I just thing maybe something else was going on possibly and they were the the main ones involved.

Agreed -and that is why the main players were cleared early on. No cuts on hands, no telltale physical signs of having slaughtered people the night before. Whether any of these guys ( Jacks) were involved peripherally remains to be seen. I don’t think it was random, though. And I do think there were 3 people-2 inside and one getaway driver. The 4chan info was interesting ( fake or not)-and certainly ‘roid rage is a possibility. I.e., they came with a plan but the steroids accelerated the ferocity. Kind of like Jeffrey MacDonald. There is also picture of him sitting on the outdoor couch at 1122 too. But…he would have had cuts on his hands so once again, a dead end! If this was Jack De Coure and ❤he was already in the house he probably heard all the girls chitter chatter, and especially if they were talking negative about him, this may have set him off into a frenzy knowing he would never get Kaylee back. But there is something amiss here as we know Jack Showalter owned a knife like that, he was a hunter and may have kept it in his car! But he had no motive to kill the girls and he would not have made it back to the home before them as he was on foot in the last footage of him at grub truck. I would say the killer had been in the house hiding with the dog keeping it pacified.
There are literally no actual facts about any speculations about Jack S. Maybe HES the second friend protecting her. I can’t believe how many ppl think it’s him.

That was confusing… like:

C) the friend from A and the friend from B are close to one another, bringing the killer and victims ‘closer’ but without much of a personal relationship between them

I am not sure it is an unbiased reading based on how closely it follows the "Jack S story" that so many are so sure of. Could I have done a better, more unbiased reading, absolutely not.
