DO NOT BURN Makita! DDF482 drill does not react, only led light works. Defektacija

Makita DDF482 stopped working without any signals. While switch is pressed, only LED light is working. After taking it apart, found stucked armature in stator. That caused damaged armature and its bearings. Trying to force start it would cause fire, explosion, dignity loss and a reason to buy new Makita tool. In the very end I placed some photos when tool is not under maintenance, put some love for tools too.
Makita DDF482 sustojo be jokių įspėjamųjų ženklų, tik LED šviesa tebeveikė. Girdisi zyzimas, tad buvo aišku, kad įtampa ateina pro jungiklį. Išardžius, rastas užstrigęs rotorius statoriuje, ko pasekoje pakeisti guoliai ir pats rotorius Nors rotoriaus matavimai rodė, kad rotoriau beveik miręs, stebėtinai gerai dar veikė nuvalius kontaktus ir surinkus atgal. Jei tokiu atveju būtumėme toliau bandę įrankį jėga pradėti veikti - būtų dar labiau kaitęs iki kol pasirodytų dūmai. How did you fixed it

The problem was armature stucked in stator. I hardly took it of, but luckily changing armature and brushes were enough

please dont test without a back cover

Why so? It's just for testing, not for continious performance

What went wrong? It's held tight, what can go wrong? Experienced plenty of situations like this, nothing ever happened

@@irankiu.prieziura its not held tight....the back cover holds the bearing for the armature.Without the cover, the motor is not alligned and you can damage it
