I think she sings better in Spanish because she resonates with the lyrics and her roots. I remember her saying she loves to sing in Spanish and that she feels she sings better because it's more passionate and emotive. That probably explains why it sounds more natural to her. She's actually feeling what she's singing. Marc Anthony helped her alot with that as well.
